The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Construction Works3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works• Execution Of Measurement Works And Reconstruction Of The Route And Height Points,• Mechanical Removal Of Bushes And Undergrowth In The Road,• Felling Of Trees Together With Clearing Of Stumps,• Demolition Of Existing Culverts Under The Exits,• Demolition Of Existing Culverts Under The Road,• Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Along With Removal Of Demolition Material.2) Earthworks• Execution Excavations For The Designed Culverts,• Construction Of A Bed For The Exits,• Construction Of Embankments And Backfills Related To The Reconstruction Of The Road Structure Within The Culverts.3) Drainage Of The Road Body• Construction Of Culverts Under The Exits From Concrete Or Pehd Pipes With A Diameter Of 500 Mm,• Construction Of Culverts Under The Road From Concrete, Reinforced Concrete Or Pehd Pipes With A Diameter Of 600 Mm,• Construction Of Gravel Banks For The Culverts,• Construction Of Casings Inlets And Outlets Of Culverts Together With Wings And Slopes, • Construction Of Culvert End Walls.4) Subbases, • Construction Of A Trough For The Exits, • Construction Of A Subgrade Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate For The Exits And Within The Culverts, • Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate, • Application Of Asphalt Emulsion Sprinkling Under The Binding And Wearing Course.5) Surfaces • Execution Of A Binding Layer With Ac16w Asphalt Concrete 6 Cm Thick, • Making A Wearing Course Of Ac11s Asphalt Concrete 4 Cm Thick, • Making The Road Surface And Exits. 6) Finishing Works • Cutting Down The High Shoulders, • Cleaning And Restoring Roadside Ditches Along With Profiling The Bottom And Slopes. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Stwior And Applicable Legal Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 2) Ensuring Surveying Services, 3) Securing The Construction Site, 4) Ensuring Traffic Safety During The Implementation Of The Works, 5) Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 6) Tidying Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works.4.
