The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Water Recovery And Reuse Technology For The Tor-Tor Ice Rink At Ul. Gen. J. Bema 23/29 In Toruń. The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Commissioning Of A Complete System For Recovering Water From Snow Generated During The Maintenance Of The Ice Surfaces Of The Tor-Tor Ice Rink, Along With The Performance Of The Necessary Installation, Technological, Electrical And Automation Works, Dismantling, Construction And Reconstruction Works. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Reduce The Consumption Of Tap Water, Reduce The Amount Of Water Discharged Into The Sewage System, Improve The Efficiency Of Water Management Of The Ice Rink And Use The Existing Potential Of Heat Recovery From The Ammonia Cooling Engine Room.1) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery And Installation Of A Complete Water Recovery Technology, Including At Least: • A Control System With An Operator Panel, • A Set Of Filters For Purifying Water From Melted Water. Snow Melter, • Uv Lamp, • Circulation Pump Or Pumps, • Plate Heat Exchanger, • Valves With Drives, • Level, Temperature And Pressure Sensors, • Water Meters, • Automation And Control Elements Necessary For Proper Operation Of The System. B) Construction Of A Water Recovery System From The Snow Melter, Including: • Adaptation Of The Existing Melter To Work In The Designed System, • Disassembly Of The Existing Coil And The Existing Melter Power Supply From The Domestic Hot Water Installation, • Installation Of A New One Segmented Stainless Steel Coil With Parameters Consistent With The Design Documentation, • Installation Of A Submersible Pump For Dirty Water, • Installation Of A High-Speed Mixer, • Implementation Of Safeguards To Protect The Coil And Piping Against The Impact Of Dropped Snow. C) Delivery And Installation Of A Process Water Tank, Including: • Installation Of A Tank With A Capacity Specified In The Design Documentation, • Insulation Of The Tank, • Equipping The Tank With Stubs, A Drain, And An Inspection Flap And Tubes/Sensors Required For Proper Operation Of The System, • Location Of The Tank In The Room Indicated In The Design Documentation. D) Construction Of Piping And Technological Installations, Including: • Water Recovery Technology Pipelines, • Pipelines For Connecting The Melter, • Pipelines For Connecting The Plate Exchanger, • Pipelines For High-Parameter Recovery Installations, • Thermal Insulation Of Pipes, • Protective Jackets For Pipes Running Outside The Facility, • Shut-Off And Return Fittings, Regulation, Protection And Measurement.E) Incorporation Of The Designed System Into The Existing Installations Of The Facility, In Particular:• Technological Heating Installation,• Water Supply Installation,• Sewage Installation,• Electrical Installation,• Heat Recovery Installation From The Existing Ammonia Engine Room.F) Execution Of Electrical And Instrumentation Works, Including:
