The Contractor Confirms The Compliance Of The Offered Equipment With The Minimum Requirements Set By The Ordering Party By Completing The Right Side Of The Table In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And Then Attaches It When Submitting An Offer In The Proceedings In Question. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Authorized Service Center For The Offered Equipment Is Located Within A Maximum Radius Of 50 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Rzeczyca, Ul. Parkowa 1).
