1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 150107W In The Town Of Żaby - Stage I, Including: 1) The Section Of The Road Intended For Reconstruction In Stage I Is A 990.0 M Long Section. The Adopted Design Parameters With The Values Given Below Are Adapted To The Existing Width And Course Of The Road And To The Existing, Difficult Terrain Conditions, Including The Remaining Ownership Of The Commune Only, Plot No. 139 And The Inability To Change The Existing Method Of Drainage Of The Road Body To Roadside Ditches Located Within It. Due To This, The Road Was Widened To 5.00 M And The Roadside Width Was 0.50 M On Both Sides, I.E. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 20, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads.
