In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 18,695, Constitutional Organic Law Of Municipalities, And The Provisions Of Regulation No. 33 1 Of October 30, 2025, Which Approves The Internal Organization Regulation And Organization Chart Of The Municipality, It Is Necessary To Contract The Service Of Maintenance, Conservation And Replacement Of Public Green Areas Of The Commune, Whether Squares, Parks, Promenades, Trays, Gardens Of Buildings Municipal Or Others That Are Part Of The Municipal Administration, To Give Continuity To The Service And Be Able To Contribute To The Best Quality Of Life Of Its Inhabitants. The Maintenance, Conservation And Replacement Of The Green Areas Of The Commune Considers At Least The Following Aspects: • Cleaning And Cleaning Of Green Areas And Their Immediate Surroundings, Which Includes Sweeping, Floor Cleaning, Removal Of Garbage And Debris, In Addition To Cleaning All Equipment Present In The Green Area. • Irrigation, Maintenance, Operation And Improvement Of Irrigation Systems. • Cutting, Edging, Reseeding And Improving The Grass Of Green Areas. • Care, Pruning, Mulching Of Beds, Disinfection, Fertilization, Replacement And Weeding Of Plant Species Found In Green Areas. • Maintenance Of Seats, Drinking Fountains, Bag Dispensers, Bars, Awnings, Childrens Games, Sports Equipment, Kennels And Other Urban Furniture Located In Green Areas, Except Those Indicated In Annex 11. • Improvements To Green Areas, Eventual Services, • Incorporation Of Innovation And Technology In Irrigation Systems. • Opening And Closing Of Green Areas That Have An Exterior Closure.
