Replacement Of 01 (One) Lifting Conveyor Belt, Spliced, Made Of Reinforced Rubber, With A Minimum Structure Of 2 Plies, Approximately 15 Meters Long And 1,000 Mm Wide, The Material Being Suitable For Operation In Abrasive Conditions. The Belt Must Have Rubber Lugs With A Height Of 50 Mm, Installed With An Approximate Pitch Of 800 Mm And A Lateral Setback Of Approximately 50 Mm On Each Edge. This Also Includes The Replacement/Installation Of 2 (Two) Side Sealing Plies, With An Approximate Width Of 100 Mm Each And An Approximate Length Of 6 Meters, Made Of Laminated And Wear-Resistant Material. Services Included A Prior Technical Visit Must Be Carried Out To Check The Measurements And Conditions Of The Equipment. Included Are The Replacement Of The Lifting Conveyor Belt, The Replacement Of The Canvas On The Side Edges, The Review Of Bearings And Bearings, As Well As The Execution, If Necessary, Of Cuts, Adjustments And Amendments (By Clamp Or Other Technically Suitable Method).
