Request for Quotation for Provision of Total Facility Management (TFM) Services & PMC Services Bidding Opens on: 04 June 2026 Due on: 12 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: ADEK invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Provision of Total Facility Management (TFM) Services and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services, in alignment with the direction and Government Wide Agreements (GWAs)/Letters of Award (LoAs) issued by Department of Government Enablement (DGE). This strategic initiative aims to establish an integrated facilities management and PMC framework across ADEKs facilities and educational assets, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and cost-effective services. The services will be procured under a cost-reimbursable model with an agreed management fee percentage, in accordance with the applicable DGE LoA arrangements and pricing mechanisms. The engagement seeks to enhance operational performance, service quality, governance, and lifecycle management across the in-scope facilities, while supporting standardized service delivery, effective contract management, and alignment with government-wide procurement and facilities management objectives.
