Tenders are invited for Comprehensive Cleaning Works for the Ministry of Justice Buildings (Farwaniya Courts Complex - Judicial Files Deposit Building - Ardiya Seized Items Warehouse Building - General Directorate of Experts Building) as Requested by the Ministry of Justice. Documents Price: KWD 1000 Documents may be obtained from Central Agency for Public Tenders. Important conditions and instructions: 1- All documents must be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except the bid form and bid bond which must be submitted as hard copies. 2- Indivisible. 3- A valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. 4- A valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming no suspension on the bidders file must be attached. 5- Small and medium enterprise owners are exempt from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019.
