Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Development of a Shadow Report to United Nations Human Rights Mechanisms . Scope of Work The selected consultant or institution will be responsible for: A. Legal and Contextual Analysis Reviewing applicable international legal frameworks, including: o Fourth Geneva Convention. o Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW). o International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). o International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR). o Relevant UN resolutions and international legal instruments. B. Research and Documentation Conducting desk research and reviewing relevant literature, reports, studies, and documentation. Analysing available data and documented cases. Integrating evidence, testimonies, and relevant examples where appropriate. Ensuring all findings are supported by credible sources and human rights documentation. C. Development of the Shadow Report The report should include: Introduction and Legal Framework Overview of the situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. Settlement expansion and movement restrictions. Applicable international legal frameworks.
