This auction aims to obtain competitive financial offers from bidders for leasing the designated space, fully fitting it out, and utilizing it in an optimal manner. The selected bidder will be responsible for managing and operating the coffee shop in accordance with the scope of work, terms and conditions, and technical specifications set out in the auction documents, in a way that generates appropriate returns for the Government Hospitals and enhances the services provided to visitors and patrons of the medical complex.
