Closing Date and Time: Jul 17, 2026 The World Bank Group invites expressions of interest for proposals from highly qualified and experienced multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firms for the complete design of a new office building for its Country Office in Central African Republic. All requests and questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the following designated Corporate Procurement Category Manager: Stefan Kotupov at skotupov@worldbank.org Firms must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the technical evaluation: - Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues for two of the last three years (from 2023 to 2025) of 3M USD, or the equivalent in CFA or any other currency. - Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to operate as an architectural and engineering firm in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. - Evidence that firm has been in business at least five (5) years and has performed similar work during that time in the Africa region. - Firms must accept the draft contract proposed by WBG as is. - Any other requirements stated in the RFP.
