Engineering Services - We Request The Hiring Of An Engineering/Architectural Company, To Carry Out Renovation And Expansion Work In The Building Belonging To The City Hall Of Bagé, Located At Av. General Mallet, Nº 251, Bairro Tiaraju, Cep 96422-000, Bagé/Rs, Headquarters Of The Secretariat Of Security And Urban Mobility - Ssm. The Intervention Comprises A Total Area Of Approximately 411.52 M², Of Which 231.25 M² Are Allocated To The Administrative Sector And 180.27 M² Are Allocated To The Operational And Inspection Sectors. The Administrative Area Will Consist Of The Following Areas: Reception, Waiting Room, Transport Sector, Secretarys Office, Head Of Cabinet, Municipal Civil Guard Ombudsmans Office, Lavatory, Circulation, Cistran, Pantry, Meeting Room, Deputy Secretarys Office, Traffic Office, Bathroom Adapted For Pcd, Traffic Engineering Sector, Municipal Civil Guard Internal Affairs, Human Resources Room And Room Purchasing/Legal, And An Area Dedicated To The Operational And Inspection Sectors With The Following Spaces: Operational Sector, Agents Central, Womens Changing Room, Fleet Room, Garage, Agents Living Room, Operational Painting Sector, Mens And Womens Changing Rooms, Plate Deposit (Mezzanine) And Toxic Paint Deposit, Total Enclosure Of The External Area And Entrance Porch Construction.
