The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, As The Selected Contractor/S Should Carry Out Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Support Of Specialized Technological Equipment For The Needs Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, According To The Contract For The Granted Bfp No. Bg16rfpr002-1.014-0006 National Center For Excellence In Mechatronics And Clean Technologies, Including 9 Separate Positions. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Referred To In This Documentation For Brevity As The Equipment. A Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Execution Of The Order, The Parameters Of The Equipment, Subject Of The Order, Quantities And Values ​​Is Contained In Part Ii. Technical Specifications And Terms Of Order Fulfillment From The Documentation. 2.2. The Execution Of The Order Includes One Or More Of The Following Stages, Depending On The Respective Specific Item: 1) Delivery Of The Equipment; 2) The Installation And Commissioning Of Specialized Technological Equipment - Applicable Only To Specific Positions 1, 2, 5 And 9; 3) Training For Working With Specialized Technological Equipment - Applicable Only To Specific Position 1. The Completion Of Each Of The Stages Will Be Certified By The Signing Of A Handover Protocol By Proper Representatives Of The Contractor And The Employer. Note: Wherever A Specific Model, Source, Specific Process, Trademark, Patent, Certificate, Type Or Specific Origin Or Manufacture That Characterizes The Equipment Is Indicated In The Technical Specifications, Or Equivalent/S Shall Be Understood.
