Tender for Periodical Services (Internal And External) To Md Dehradun Under Age B/R-I Of Ge Dehradun.Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone concrete bricks surrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed. 2 Supply and fixing of 4 mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square area not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fixing of 4 mm thick frosted plain glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square area n. exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for red brick tiles (clay tiles) of 10-12 mm thick size 15 x 5 to 7.5 cm as in vertical surfaces such as wall dados etc over 15 mm thick rendering CM (1:4) set and jointed with approved tiles adhesives / Epoxy Adhesive slurry and pointed in colured Epoxyto match the existing surfaces of tile complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The rate of scaffolding included for this item also and including dismantling of old tiles complete and removing debries outside the premises as directed by Engr in charge the work carried out in Patches , the tilesfixed with tiles adhesives / Epoxy Adhesive as perapproved make) Note - Work will be carried out up to 5th storey 5 Material and labour for cleaning of inaccesible areaa of roof including perapet walls upto 0.50 metre hight removal of vegetation growth including uprooting if required applying two coat of tartaric acid and repair to broken/ chipped off plastered surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even including necessary ladder/scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note - Work will be carried out up to 5th storey 6 Material and labour for cleaning of outer surface of down take pipes any type treating minor leakages at joints clearing of vegetation scraping of algae growth with wire brush chipping of damaged plaster at the joints (area not exc 0.50 Sqm) and making good with cement mortar 1:4 duly mixed liquid water proofing compound @200 m/ per 50 kg bag of cement and applying one coat of tartaric acid on dry finished plaster surface including necessary ladder / scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note - Work will be carried out up to 5th storey
