The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client) Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement For The Provision Of Brokerage Services In Connection With The Sale Of Properties In Bærum Municipality. The Assignment Includes The Sale Of A Total Of Five Properties (Gnr./Bnr. 14/484, 14/519, 14/143, 14/146 And 14/289) Located In Høvik In Bærum Municipality. The Purchase Price From The Sales Is Included As Part Of The Financing Of The E18 West Corridor Project. The Properties Are Included In The Approved Planning Program For The Project. The Assignment Includes The Delivery Of Brokerage Services Linked To The Planning, Execution And Conclusion Of The Sales Process. The Supplier Must Have Overall Responsibility For The Sale, From The Initial Market Assessment To The Signed Purchase Contract And Completed Settlement. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Qualified Supplier Who Can Assist The Client With An Efficient, Professional And Verifiable Sales Process, With The Aim Of Achieving The Best Possible Market Price. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Supplier Who Will Assist The Client In Carrying Out An Efficient, Professional And Verifiable Sales Process For Properties In The Center Of Høvik, With The Aim Of Achieving The Best Possible Market Price. The Sale Forms Part Of The Financing Of The E18 West Corridor Project, And Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Planning Requirements.
