The Structure Must Be Assembled Up To 2 Days Before The Event For Inspection By The Organizing Committee. Note: This Contract Corresponds To 01 Complete Service Provision For 3 Days Of The Event. Note: The Hydraulic Installation Must Be Fully Completed And In Full Operation Before The Official Start Of The Event. The Contracted Company Must Provide A Professional Plumber Who Is Responsible And Available For Service From 7:00 Pm To 4:00 Am During The 4 (Four) Nights Of The Event, In Order To Carry Out Maintenance, Emergency Repairs And Other Necessary Adjustments., 14354 - Electrician With Experience In Large Events Size, Duly Qualified, Responsible For All Electrical Installation (Standards, Cabling, Three-Phase Points, Food Court, Park And Tents). Installation Must Be Completed Up To 1 Day Before The Event. Note: The Contracted Company Must Make The Responsible Electrician Available For Service From 7:00 Pm To 4:00 Am During The 04 (Four) Nights Of The Event, 22519 - Rental Of Fire Extinguishers And Signage Signs. Supply And Installation Of At Least 16 (Sixteen) Fire Extinguisher Units. Fire Properly Dimensioned For The Areas Of The Enclosure, Accompanied By Respective Individual Signage And Installation In The Required Locations. Also Included Is The Supply Of Emergency Signage Plates In Accordance With Npt 020, Made Of High Visibility Material, Intended For Identifying Escape Routes And Emergency Exits, With Illumination By An Autonomous Emergency Lamp For Operation In The Event Of An Electrical Power Interruption, In A Minimum Quantity Of 28 (Vintage)
