The Assignment Concerns The Inspection, Maintenance, Repair And Supply Of Sports Materials Within The Municipal Sports Facilities, As Well As The Maintenance, Supply And Moving Of Rotating Sports Equipment (Hereinafter The Entire Assignment Will Be Referred To As: Sports Materials). The Various Parts Of The Assignment Are Closely Related To Each Other In Terms Of Content And Organization. The Assignment Contains The Following Components: Drawing Up Mjop And Mjip Inspection Of Sports Materials Repair Of Sports Materials Delivery Of Sports Materials Instruction Of Sports Materials Supply Of Rotating Sports Materials Didactic And Functional Framework Logistics, Quality And Management Instruction Of Rotating Sports Materials Dossier Agreements And Procedures (Dap), Drawing Up Portal Or Dashboard Functionality Sustainable And Circular Purchasing Of Sports Materials The Estimated Assignment Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 520,000 Over The Entire Term Including Extension Options. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From These Expectations. The Total Maximum Order Value Under The Framework Agreement, Including A Realistic Uncertainty Margin Of €60,000, Is Set At €580,000 Over The Entire Term Including Extension Options. The Framework Agreement Expires After The End Of The Contract Year In Which The Total Order Value Of € 580,000 Is Reached Or As Soon As The Then Applicable End Date Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Reached.
