The Contractor Must Therefore Complete The Conversion Of The Emergency Overflows From The Existing Biological Basins And The Outlet Tower, So That They Are Routed Around The Perimeter Of Lynetteholmen (Hereinafter The Project). The Purpose Of The Project Is To Ensure That The Emergency Overflow Continues To Function As A Passive Safety Solution. Emergency Overflows Can Today Occur In The Event Of Unpredictable Events, Including Power Cuts, Dampers That Stop In The Closed Position And Broken Lines Etc. It Is Therefore Crucial That The Function Of The Emergency Spillway Is Maintained.
