Transport Systems Consultancy Services – Project Management Assistance For The Strategy And Program For The Acquisition Of Railway Rolling Stock. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Assist The Buyer In The Preparation And Deployment Of The Acquisition Program For Railway Rolling Stock Dedicated To The Passenger Rail Transport Services Of Etoile Mancelle, And Potentially Another Lot (See The Network Allotment Project In Article 5.1 Of The Ccp). The Assistance Requested By The Buyer In This Contract Consists Of 2 Missions, Which Are Not Necessarily Triggered Successively But Which Can Be Activated According To Needs, By Means Of Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement May Give Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts Subject To Specific Contractualization When The Scale, Complexity, Or Characteristics Of The Services Justify It.
