Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Spardorf Primary School - Outdoor Facilities, Lph 3 Pro Rata, 5-9 In Accordance With §39 Hoai 2021. The New Building Of The Spardorf Elementary School With An Attached After-School Care Center And Gymnasium Follows A Modern, Pedagogically Well-Thought-Out Spatial And Care Concept Under The Name Lernhaus Spardorf. The Basis Is The Close Integration Of School And Cooperative All-Day Care, Which Offers Children Holistic Education, Support And Care From A Single Source. The Architecture Is Based On The Pedagogical Concept: Spacious Classrooms, Differentiation Rooms And A Central “Marketplace” Enable Individualized, Flexible Learning And Cross-Group Projects. The Gym Is Directly Connected To Integrate Exercise Into Everyday School Life. Construction Began In July 2025. The New School Building Is Currently In The Shell Construction Stage. The Basement Has Already Been Completed And Filled, The Ground Floor Is In Progress And The Upper Floor Is Planned By The End Of July. The Building Services Trades Have Been Commissioned And The Finishing Trades Have Been Partially Commissioned. Due To The Insolvency Of The Specialist Planner For The Outdoor Facilities, The Missing Planning Services Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. This Includes The Revision Of The Current Design Planning Due To The Changed Altitude In A Sub-Area And The Performance Profile From Lph 5. • Since The Building Permit And The Funding Notice Are Already Available, The Following Services Will Be Awarded: Lph 3 Pro Rata (A Proportion Of 20% Is Set For The Revision Of A Sub-Area), Lph 5-9 In Accordance With §39 Hoai 2021. The Provision Of The Services Should Begin Immediately After The Commissioning. The School Opening Is Planned For The End Of 2027. The Work On The Outdoor Facilities, With The Hard Court As The Last Section, Is Scheduled To Be Completed In Early To Mid-2028.
