Ice-Breaking Services – Ice-Breaking Service. This Procurement Primarily Concerns Ice Breaking Services Within The Örnsköldsvik Harbor And Fairway Area. The Service Includes Ice Breaking At Framnäs Harbour, Domsjö Harbour, Hörneborg Harbour, Alfredshem Harbour, Oil Port In Järved, Hörneborg Energy Harbor And The Fairway Out To Malmöfjärden. This Also Includes The Port Of Köpmanholmen. If Necessary, Ice Breaking At Stadskajen Can Also Be Added. The Assignment Includes Both Preparedness And Execution Of Ice Breaking. Estimated Volume Is Approximately 200 Hours Per Season, But Volume May Vary Between Seasons And Is Not Guaranteed. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Negotiated Procedure With Prior Advertising According To Luf. The Customer Can, But Does Not Have To, Negotiate With One Or More Tenderers. All Communication Must Take Place Via E-Call. The Contract Is Awarded To The Tenderer Who Meets All Ska Requirements And Offers The Lowest Price.
