Tender documents are obtainable from the Tender documents from the Procurement Department, NBTI Headquarters, Block C, 4th Floor, Federal Secretariat, Phase II, Abuja for all projects upon payment of non-refundable Tender fees of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) per LOT through NATIONAL BOARD FOR TECHNOLOGY INCUBATION Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The Bid document should be returned in a sealed envelope with the LOT marked at the top left-hand corner of the envelope. Two envelopes tendering in one bigger envelope (i.e. Technical and Financial are in separate envelopes and both put in one big envelope).
