The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Hvac Work Related To The Maintenance Of The Properties Under The Control Of The City Of Porvoo At Unit Prices Or On The Basis Of A Separate Offer Requested By The Customer. The Offices Of The City Of Porvoo Order Repair, Maintenance And Maintenance Work On Hvac Systems From Suppliers Of Hvac Work, With The Exception Of Work Performed By Its Own Maintenance Organization. The Measures According To The Maintenance Book Of The Device Or The Equipment Supplier Are Followed, With The Goal Of The Devices Most Energy-Efficient Operation. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. Services Are Ordered During The Contract Period Within The Limits Of The Needs And Budget. Regardless Of The Framework Arrangement, The Customer Can Still Request Total Price Contract Offers Separately For The Repair Work Of The Selected Sites. Framework Contract Suppliers Have The Opportunity To Participate In These Tenders. The Customer Selects A Maximum Of Five (5) Suppliers As Framework Contract Suppliers If A Sufficient Number Of Acceptable Offers Are Received. The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended By The Customers Decision For Two (2) Years.
