The Object Of The Purchase Is The Signing Of The Contract For The Works To Be Executed, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Project And The Specifications, Respectively - Hotel Construction Works [Accommodation Spaces And Related Functions], External Landscaping, Roadways And Pedestrian Walkways, Parking Spaces, Utilities And Connections, The Organization Of The Execution Of The Works, Height Regime D+P+Mz+4E, Within The Project Hotel Construction [Accommodation Spaces And Related Functions] Exterior Arrangements, Roadways And Pedestrians, Parking Spaces, Utilities And Connections, Work Execution Organization, Financed By The Sustainable Development And Just Transition Program (Pddtj) 2021 - 2027. Smis Code: 320494. A 30% Advance Will Be Granted From The Contract Price, To Which Vat Is Added. The Provisions Of Subclause 46.7 Of The Contractual Agreement Are Applicable. The Advance Will Be Granted On The Basis Of An Advance Return Guarantee. The Value Of The Guarantee Will Be At Least Equal To The Value Of The Advance Payment Plus The Value Resulting From The Application Of The Reference Interest Rate Of The National Bank Of Romania To The Value Of The Advance Payment, For The Period Provided From The Time Of Payment Until The Full Justification Of The Advance.
