The Purpose Of The Consultation Is To Provide Subscription And Subscription Management Services To French And Foreign Newspapers, Magazines And Other Periodicals, On Paper And/Or Electronic Media, Intended Mainly For The Insep Library, But Also For The Various Departments Of The Establishment. The Service Provider Will Ensure The Subscription Of Paper And/Or Electronic Periodicals, French And Foreign, Published In Any Country, The Management Of Orders, Invoicing And Complaints For These Subscriptions. The Services Include The Subscription To Paper And/Or Electronic Periodicals, French And Foreign, Published In Any Country, And Their Delivery (Assured By The Publisher Or Its Service Provider, But Managed By The Holder Of The Framework Agreement, Particularly With Regard To Complaints). Excluded From This Framework Agreement Are The Purchase Of Retrospective Collections, Issues Of Periodicals Exceptionally Ordered Individually (Special Issues And Similar), Databases, As Well As Packages Of Electronic Journals And Databases Subscribed Within The Framework Of Negotiations Or Groupings Of Orders Set Up At The Initiative Of Couperin.
