Due To The Implementation Nature Of The Competition, The Development Concept Should Additionally Take Into Account The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Its Implementing Regulations, Applicable Norms And Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge. 4. The Scope Of The Study Includes Plots Number: 29/53, 29/114, Sheet 11, Naramowice District In Poznań. The Area Of ​​The Competition Area Is: 1.4875 Ha. The Land Is Owned By Ptbs Sp. Z O. O. 5. The Competition Area Is Undeveloped, Flat With A Slight Slope Towards The East, Covered With Greenery (Mainly Shrubs And Single Trees). From The South, It Is Connected With A Well-Maintained Public Road: Ul. Bielicowa. To The South And West It Is Adjacent To Multi-Family Buildings. To The North And East There Are Unbuilt Areas For Purposes Indicated In The Local Plan (Public Roads, Multi-Family Buildings, Services). The Prepared Roads Are Equipped With Utility Networks. 6. The Total Prize Pool Is Pln 85,000, Including Two Distinction Prizes Worth A Total Of Pln 10,000.
