Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is To Improve Accessibility In Kindergartens And Public Schools In Ełk For Disabled People Under The Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. The Order Concerns The Reconstruction Of The Integration Room In The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten Słoneczna Ósemka In Ełk At Ul. Dobrzańskiego 3. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active School Facility. The Building Is Not Under Conservation Protection.1.1. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Execution Of Demolition Works Including Removal And Disposal, B) Reconstruction Of Bathroom Rooms, C) Replacement Of Electrical Installations And Lighting In Rooms, D) Execution Of New Approaches To Sanitary Installations, E) Execution Of Moisture-Proof Insulation, F) Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings, G) Execution Of Plaster Plasters And Painting Works, H) Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings And Equipment, I) Execution Of Equipment Rooms, J) Replacing Doors And Installing New Walls, K) Restoring Damaged Or Devastated Walls, Ceilings And Floors To Their Original Condition After Construction Works, L) Cleaning The Area After Construction Works, M) Preparing As-Built Documentation In Two Copies (One Set In Paper Version, The Other Set In Digital Version On An External Data Carrier), Including, Among Others: - Statement Of The Construction Manager And Works Managers, - Reports On Tests And Measurements Carried Out In During The Works, - Approvals And Certificates Of Incorporated Materials, - Other Documents Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. As Part Of The Offered Price, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Purchase Utilities (I.E. Electricity, Water) For The Duration Of Construction Works, 2) Obtain A Current Geodetic Map Showing The Actual Condition Of The Areas Infrastructure Due To Possible Built-In Underground Facilities Not Shown On The Attached Maps, 3) Maintain And Protect Against Damage The Existing In The Immediate Vicinity Of Surveying Points, In The Event Of Damage Or Collision, Restore In Accordance With The Relevant Regulations, 4) Participate In Warranty Inspections Of The Facility Convened At The Request Of The Ordering Party During The Warranty Period - 2 Inspections Per Year Should Be Accepted. Note: Warehouse Shelves Are Not Covered By The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Project Renovation Of The Integration Room As Part Of The Development Without Barriers In The Sunny Land Of Sense And Mind Program. The Contractor Should Analyze The Attached Documents And Prepare An Offer. Price Based On Our Own Analysis, Because - The Contract Is A Lump Sum, I.E. Its Price Is Not Subject To Change During Implementation.
