The Order Involves The Performance Of Adaptation Works Consisting In The Reconstruction, Modernization And Renovation Of Part Of The Building Owned By The City And Commune Of Mieścisko. The Renovation Will Cover Part Of The Building And Will Cover Several Industries, Including: In The Field Of Electrical And Sanitary Installations. Technical Data: Existing Condition - Building Area Pz = 297.00 M2 - Usable Area Of The Building Pu = 744.00 M2 - Usable Area Of The Premises Pu = 224.73 M2 - Total Area Pc = 891.00 M2 - Building Width 24.20 M - Building Length 12.27 M - Building Height 8.54 M- Building Volume 2,610 M3designed Condition- Building Area Pz = 297.00 M2- Usable Area Of The Building Pu = 733.33 M2- Usable Area Of Residential Premises Pu = 214.06 M2- Total Area Pc = 891.00 M2- Building Width 24.20 M- Building Length 12.27 M - Building Height 8.54 M - Building Volume 2,610 M3 The Assumed Functional Layout Consists Of Rooms For Permanent Stay Of People And Auxiliary Rooms. Access To The Rooms Is Provided Through Doors. In Addition, The Project Provides For, Among Others: Works: - Renovation Of Rooms, - Bricking Up Openings In Walls, - Replacement Of Window Frames, - Replacement Of Door Frames, - Reconstruction Of Partition Walls, - Reconstruction Of Installations, - Installation Of A Stair Platform, - Cutting Holes In Walls, - Removal Of An External Ramp, - Installation Of Water And Sewage Devices, - Removal Of Other Conflicts, - Production, Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board. A Board With Dimensions Of 120 X 80 Should Be Placed In The Location Of The Task At The Time Of Commencement Of The Works. The Content And Place Of Installation Of The Board To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Upon Handing Over The Construction Site. In The Event Of Damage To The Board During The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Board With A New One. In Addition: - Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum 48-Month Warranty And Warranty, The Warranty Period Will Be Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted And Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol For Construction Works; - Carrying Out Servicing Of The Delivered And Installed Equipment Of The Facility (In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations) During The Period Of The Warranty Granted For The Constructed Facility - Training Of Facility Users On Use Of Facility Equipment (In Particular Devices Related To Heating, Ventilation And Electrical Installations) - After Completing The Works During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inspect The Durability And Proper Functioning Of The Facility At Least Once A Year. - Carrying Out Servicing Of The Delivered And Installed Facility Equipment (In Accordance With The Manu
