The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Road Aggregate Made Of Devonian Dolomite By Our Own Transport For The Renovation/Maintenance/Construction Of Municipal And Internal Roads As Well As Sidewalks, Squares And Parking Lots In The Mniów Commune In The Amount Of 2,025 Tons Divided Into The Following Granulations: 1 - Road Aggregate With Granulation 0 ÷ 31.5 Mm, 2 - Road Aggregate With Granulation 0 ÷ 63 Mm,3 - Road Aggregate With Granulation 2 ÷ 8 Mm Or 8 ÷ 16 Mm.2.1. The Material Scope Includes, Among Others:1) The Ordering Party Specifies The Estimated Quantities Of Aggregate To Be Collected:1.1) Aggregate With Granulation Of 0 ÷ 31.5 Mm - Approx. 1,500 Tons, But Not More Than + 30%,2.1) Aggregate With Granulation 0 ÷ 63 Mm - Approx. 500 Tons, But Not More Than + 30%3.1) Aggregate With Granulation Of 2 ÷ 8 Mm Or 8 ÷ 16 Mm - Approx. 25 Tons, But Not More Than + 30%.2) Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Of The Following Standards: Pn - En 13242 Or Pn - En 130433) The Actual Total Amount Of Aggregate And The Dates Of Receipt Of Deliveries Will Result From Successive Telephone Or Written Submissions (E-Mail Or Fax) Of The Ordering Partys Orders.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Invoice Each Time A Certificate Of Conformity Or Another Equivalent Document Confirming Compliance Of The Delivered Aggregate With The Required Standards. However, The Delivery Must Always Be Confirmed With A Wz Document.5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Aggregate Purchased Between Individual Tasks Within The Maximum Price Of The Awarded Order And Lump-Sum Unit Prices Due To The Actual Demand For Individual Aggregate Granulations.6) The Delivery Of Aggregate, In Addition To The Sale Of Aggregate, Also Includes Transport By The Contractors Means Of Transport And Unloading On The Roads And Places In The Commune Indicated By The Ordering Party. Mniów, Depending On The Needs.7) The Delivered Aggregate Being The Subject Of The Order Will Be Unloaded In Small Batches Into Several Smaller Piles (One Car Up To 5 - 8 Piles), To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.8) Due To Maneuvering Difficulties On Some Road Sections, The Contractor Must Be Prepared For Deliveries Using Cars With A Load Capacity Of Up To 20 Tons And Performing A Reversing Maneuver On A Section Up To Approx. 0.5 Km Long.9) Aggregate Deliveries Must Be Performed In Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules And In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Standards.10) The Ordering Party Requires That The Distance Between The Mines Headquarters And The Ordering Party Does Not Exceed 30 Km.11) If The Order Is Not Completed In Full, The Recipient Will Not Bear Any Financial Consequences.12) The Ordering Party Informs That 60% Of Transports Will Be Carried Out In The Amount Of Approximately 12 Tons. The Contractor Should Take This Fact Into Account When Pricing Deliveries And Selecting The Means Of Transport.13) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Be A
