The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, The Scope Of Which Includes:1. Equipping Rooms Other Than Teaching And Hygiene Rooms With Autonomous Smoke Detectors. The Following Rooms Will Be Protected:• Ground Floor: 0.2; 0.10; 0.11; 0.12; 0.14;• 1St Floor: 1.7; 1.8; 1.9; 1.132. Marking The Exits From The Classrooms On The Ground Floor Leading Outside The Building As Additional Emergency Exits With Evacuation Organization Signs.3. Equipping The Kindergarten Building With A Fire Alarm System For Partial Protection, I.E. Escape Routes, Controlling The Closing Of The Smoke-Tight Fire Doors Of The Staircase And The Fire Doors Of The Cloakroom, As Well As Activating The Gravity Smoke Exhaust System For The Staircase And Sounding The Smoke Detection System4. The Staircase Should Be Enclosed With Walls With Fire Resistance Rei60 And Will Be Closed With Smoke-Tight S Doors With Fire Resistance Eis30 And Smoke Exhaust Through A Facade Window With A Smoke Exhaust Area Not Smaller Than That Resulting From The Vds Standard, Which Was Used For The Calculation Of Min. 1.5 M2. 5. Smoke Extraction From The Staircase Will Be Activated Automatically Using The Smoke Detection System, I.E. Opening The Window And Opening The Air Intake Door Using Certified Devices6. The Display Case With The Air Intake Door Should Be Replaced So That The Door Inside It Has A Clear Width Of 0.9 M7. Closing The Rooms That Open Onto The Staircase, I.E. 0.5 And 1.38, With Eis30 Doors. The Doors Of Rooms That Open Onto The Corridor Leading From The Teaching Rooms To The Halls Should Be Equipped With Door Closers9. Emergency Evacuation Lighting Should Be Installed In The Building In Accordance With The Requirements10. The Power Switchgear Should Be Reconstructed In Terms Of The Fire Protection Switch, Its Control And Installation Of A Fire Resistance Class Ei0613 Closure. Updating The Fire Safety Instructions In The Context Of Changes Introduced In The Facility And The Organization Of Evacuation From The Staircase And Evacuation Directly From The Classrooms14. Due To The Fact That Smoke Removal From The Staircase Involves The Use Of A Facade Window To Remove Smoke From The Staircase, The Construction Design Assumes The Construction Of This Window In The External Wall Of The Staircase On The Western Façade, At The First Floor Level, At A Height Of 1.8 M From The First Floor Level.
