The Objective Of This Bidding Process Is To Contract A Comprehensive Printer And Scanner Rental Service, Under A Fixed And Variable Cost Model, For Implementation In The Directorate Of The Southern Metropolitan Health Service Dssms And For The Healthcare Network Of Hospitals Adhered To The Joint Purchasing Process, For A Period Of 60 Months 5 Years, With The Option Of Renewal For A New Contractual Period. Therefore, The Successful Bidder Will Sign The Respective Contracts With Each Of The Establishments Indicated In Section 1.2 Of These Bases. This Service Seeks To Guarantee The Operational Continuity Of Clinical And Administrative Processes, Through The Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Monitoring, Support And Eventual Replacement Of Multifunctional Printing Equipment, Scanners And All Their Associated Components, As Well As The Timely Provision Of Original Consumables And Supplies, On-Site Technical Support And A Centralized Management Platform That Allows Real-Time Supervision Of The Service.
