Engineering Services – Glogaustraße: Various Planning Services (Award Number 6012-66-26-003, Nd/Nb, Level 1). Area A Of The Future Development Plan “Glogaustraße-Süd”, Me 69, Has A Size Of Approx. 3.5 Hectares, Which Is Owned By The City Of Braunschweig. In The Northern Part Of The Planning Area (Wa 1), Around 100 Residential Units Are To Be Built In Multi-Story Apartment Buildings, While In The Southern Part A Classic, Dense Terraced House Development (Wa 2 And Wa 3) With Around 53 Residential Units Is Planned. Alternative Forms Of Living Can Also Be Realized In Wa 3, E.G. B. Buildings With A Reduced Living Space Design. To Cover The Additional Needs, A Daycare Center Is To Be Built In The Development Area. Planning Planning Must Be Carried Out Hand In Hand In Close Coordination Within The Planning Team (Lb Traffic, Outdoor Facilities, Sewer Construction As Well As Noise Barrier And Structural Planning) And Interfaces Must Be Recorded And Planned Holistically. The Planning Process Is To Be Understood As Iterative. The Following Plans Must Be Carried Out In Detail: - The Road Areas Including Road-Side Depressions And Ancillary Facilities - The Junction Area With The Existing Road - The Accessories And The Public Parking Areas - The Drainage Of The Areas Up To The Collecting Sewer - The Public Drainage System Including The Rainwater Pipe Through The Wa 3 And The Rain Retention Basin South Of The Wa 3 - The Street Greening - The Traffic Areas For Special Purposes 1 And 2 (Footpaths And Cycle Paths) - The Public Facility Of The Immission Control - The Public Green Area With Footpaths And Cycle Paths And, If Necessary, Integrated Childrens Activities, Furniture And Planting - The Areas For Supply And Disposal Systems Including Fencing And Greenery - Side Areas Of Glogaustraße In The Area Where Planstraße Joins, Including Crossing Aid.
