Hse Is The Operator Of The Joint Business Process Of Information Support For Several Companies Of The Hse Group (Dravske Elektrarne Maribor D.O.O. (Dem), Soške Elektrarne Nova Gorica D.O.O. (Seng), Hse Invest D.O.O. (Hse Invest) And Rgp D.O.O. (Rgp), Therefore, Under This Public Procurement, E-Storage Services Are Provided To Both Hse And The Listed Subsidiaries (Dem, Seng, Hse Invest And Rgp). Is: - The Establishment Of Certified E-Storage In The Contractors Cloud, - The Conversion And Import Of Material From Files To E-Storage, - The Services Of Electronic Storage Of Materials And Technical Support For A Period Of Sixty (60) Months. The Detailed Order Includes The Following Contents: 1. The Establishment Of Certified E-Storage For The Above-Mentioned Companies From The Clients Group, During The Term Of The Contract, The Client Reserves The Right To Include Additional Companies In The Order. 2. Support For The Establishment Of Seamless Integration Of The Businessconnect Document System; 3. Material, Which Will Be Captured From The Physical Material, Which Will Be In The Agreed Structure, Also Will Not Be Necessary For The Conversion From The Odos Document System (60) Months.
