This Negotiable Request For Proposals (“The Nrfp”) Issued By Bc Housing Management Commission (“Bc Housing”) Is An Invitation To Submit Non-Binding Offers For The Provision Of Site Representative Services As Further Described In Appendix 2 – Deliverables For Hartford Court, Tumbler Ridge, Bc.The Supplier Will Represent Bc Housing In A Highly Visible And Important Role And Will Be Responsible For The Provision Of Designated Services To Tenants And The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Premises, Including All Aspects Of Interior And Exterior Maintenance. Ideally, The Principle Site Representative Will Have A Minimum Of Two Years’ Experience.The Supplier And Their Employees And/Or Approved Contractors Will Have The Necessary Interpersonal Skills To Relate Tactfully And Effectively With The Tenants In Order To Maintain Positive Relations.
