The Project Must Include, At A Minimum: - Survey Topographic;-Geometric Project;-Storm Drainage Project;-Paving Dimensioning;-Technical Details;-Descriptive Memorial;-Budget Spreadsheet;-Physical-Financial Schedule;-Technical Specifications;-Bdi;- Social Charges;-Art/Rrt (Paid);-Other Documents Required For Instruction Of The Bidding Process And Execution Of The Work. Technical Meetings: -During The Project Preparation Phase, The Contractor Must Hold In-Person Meetings With The Municipalitys Technical/Engineering Team, Whenever Requested, Aiming To Align Technical Solutions, Project Definitions And Monitoring Of Services.Deadline:-The Maximum Deadline For Complete Delivery Of Projects And Technical Documents Will Take 30 (Thirty) Days, Counting From The Issuance Of The Service Order. Monitoring And Inspection Of The Work:-The Contracted Company Must Monitor The Execution Of The Work Until Its Completion, Providing Technical Support To The Municipality And The Executing Company;-Carry Out Weekly Technical Visits To The Work;-Issue Bulletin/Technical Visit Report;-Supervise The Execution Of Services;-Issue Measuring Bulletins;-Remedy Technical Doubts Related To The Tender And Execution Of The Work;-Provide Technical Support To Municipal Inspection;-Issue Final Report Of The Work Upon Completion Of Services.
