Construction Work For Tunnels, Shafts And Subways – Construction Of Tunnels And Shafts – Maxima. This Procurement Concerns The Construction Of Tunnel And Shaft Works For The Maxima Sewage Plant. The Tunnel And Shaft Works Are Divided Into Two Separate Contracts, Sewer Tunnel North And Sewer Tunnel Söder, And Are Procured Together In A Package Where Bidders Can Choose To Submit Tenders For One Or Both Contracts. Sewer Tunnel North Includes 4 Shafts And A 10.5 Km Long Main Tunnel With An Internal Diameter Of Approximately 3 Meters That Stretches From Southern Lund To Sjölunda In Northeastern Malmö. Avloppstunnel Söder Comprises 11 Shafts, 2 Microtunnels And The Main Tunnel, Which Stretches 5.5 Km Through The Central Parts Of Malmö And Has An Internal Diameter Of Approximately 5 Metres. The Tunnels Will Transport The Waste Water By Natural Fall And Form Reservoirs In Case Of Large Amounts Of Rainfall. Both Contracts Include Construction, Construction And Installation Work For The New Sewer Tunnels.
