The Procurement Objects Are The Renting Of Various Spla Ms Windows Licenses From The Importer For Riigipilve Virtual Servers, In Which Case The Procurer Reports The Use Of Licenses On The Importers Portal Every Month, And The Purchase Of Various Microsoft Licenses. Rit Organizes Public Procurement As A Voluntary Central Public Procurement, The Personal Scope Of Which Includes All The Following Located In The Republic Of Estonia: 1) Government Institutions And The Institutions Managed By Them; 2) Constitutional Institutions And The Agencies Managed By Them; 3) Local Governments And Their Managed Institutions, Including Foundations, Companies; 4) Public Legal Entities Established On The Basis Of The Law; 5) Foundations, Ngos, Companies Established By The State Or With The Participation Of The State. The Mentioned Institutions Have The Right To Order Services On The Basis Of The Contract From The Conclusion Of The Corresponding Agreement With Rit.
