The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Order Under The Name: Conducting Monitoring Of Selected Natura 2000 Protection Objects: Jadowniki Mokre Plh120068, Koło Grobli Plh120008, Wiśliska Plh120084. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Monitor Habitat 3150 (Oxbow Lakes And Natural Eutrophic Water Reservoirs With Nympheion, Potamion Communities) In The Natura 2000 Areas: Jadowniki Mokre Plh120068 (1 Site), Koło Grobli Plh120008 (1 Site) And Wiśliska Plh120084 (1 Site). 3. Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Are Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Together With The Annexes. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That Employees Directed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform The Following Activities: Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Consisting In Monitoring, Are Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. The Above Does Not Apply To Situations When The Contractor Carries Out The Order Independently Or Through A Person Employed Under A Civil Law Contract Other Than An Employment Relationship.
