The Turnkey Construction Also Includes Additional Services That Are Necessary For The Functionality And Usability Of The Building And May Not Be Described In Further Detail In The Text, E.G. B. Drainage. The Roof Should Be Suitable For The Use Of A Pv System, Which Is Not Part Of The Measure. The Construction Takes Place In Groundwater, Which May Require Dewatering. Adjacent To The Construction Site Is The Terranets High-Pressure Gas Line, Which May Not Be Driven Over Or Used For Construction Site Equipment. A Shoring Is Necessary In The Direction Of This High-Pressure Gas Line.
