Attendance Will Be Confirmed By Each Entry On The Attendance List At The Ordering Partys Office; 4) The Ordering Party Requires The Contract Engineer To Establish An Office To Perform His Duties For The Duration Of The Construction Works. The Office Should Be Located Within A Maximum Radius Of 3 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters; 5) The Ordering Party Requires That The Above-Mentioned Specialists Referred To In Point 4.3.
