Traffic Monitoring Equipment – Framework Agreement For The Delivery And Installation Of Wheel Duration Counting Points As Well As The Operation Of A Web-Based Evaluation Platform. The Services Are To Be Provided As A Complete System Solution By A Contractor. The Contractor Bears Overall Responsibility For Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Data Transmission, Operation And Maintenance Of The Counting Points As Well As Setup And Operation Of The Evaluation Platform. The Wheel Duration Counting Points Must Be Able To Be Installed In Various Surfaces. Further Explanations Can Be Found In The Service Description Under Point 2.5 Surfaces. A Factory Drawing And A System Description Must Be Submitted For Each Counting Point And Approved By The Client Before Installation.
