The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Loan In The Amount Of Pln 9,000,000.00 Intended To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit In The Amount Of Pln 1,643,708.00 And To Repay Previously Incurred Liabilities Due To Credits And Loans In The Amount Of Pln 7,356,292.00. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) The Loan Disbursement Date Is: December 31, 2026. B) Repayment Of Capital Installments: The First 8 Installments Of Pln 125,000.00 Each And 32 Subsequent Installments Of Pln 250,000.00 Each (If The Payment Deadline Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Next Business Day Is Deemed To Have Met The Deadline). C) Monthly Repayment Of Loan Interest (On The Last Day Of The Month) Starting From The Month In Which The Loan Tranche Was Disbursed. The Bank Will Inform The Ordering Party In Writing (E.G. E-Mail) About The Amount Of Interest To Be Paid On The Used Part Of The Loan, At Least 5 Days Before The Payment Due Date. If The Payment Deadline Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Next Business Day Is Deemed To Have Met The Deadline. D) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use All Or Part Of The Planned Loan Without Incurring Additional Fees. E) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Make Early Repayment Of The Loan Or Part Of It Without Incurring Any Resulting Charges. In The Event Of Early Repayment Of Part Of The Loan, The Loan Period Remains Unchanged, Unless The Ordering Party (Borrower) Submits A Different Instruction In Writing. 3. During The Term Of The Loan Agreement, It Is Not Allowed To Change The Bank Account Numbers Necessary To Repay Loan Installments And Loan Interest, Unless The Change Of The Bank Account Number Results From Situations Beyond The Banks Control That Cannot Be Predicted During This Tender Procedure.
