The Subject Of The Order Is Environmental Supervision In The Field Of Active Protection Of Bats, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment, I.E. Without Harm To Bats. 2. The Task Of Supervision Will Be To Cooperate Closely With The Ordering Party And The Lighting Modernization Contractor In Determining The Details Of The Planned Works That Are Important For Bats And To Constantly Monitor Their Progress. Numerous Field Visits Will Be Necessary. After Completing The Works, The Supervision Will Be Responsible For Assessing And Accepting Them. 3. The Church Building Is A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Along With The Immediate Surroundings Within The Fence. 4. Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
