The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services And The Collection Of Electricity From The Ordering Party (Prosumer) Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law, For The Provincial Specialist Hospital. Saint Jadwiga In Opole In Accordance With Annex 1A And Annex 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Amount Of 1,648,000 Kwh Is An Estimated Value Based On Energy Consumption Over The Last 24 Months. The Ordering Party Will Settle The Actual Consumption Of Electricity Based On Current Meter Readings For The Unit Price Included In Annex No. 1A To The Contract. The Projected Electricity Consumption Provided By The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Contract Is For Informational Purposes Only, Used To Compare Offers, And Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Electricity In The Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Electricity By The Ordering Party. Settlements For The Sale Of Electricity Together With The Distribution Service Will Be Made In Monthly Settlement Periods For All Ppe Points In Accordance With Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
