Natural Risks Or Hazards Protection Services – Services Related To The Maintenance Of Flood Embankments In The Area Administered By Zz Lwówek Śląski In The Years 2026-2028 - Framework Agreement. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Framework Budget Cost (Form To Be Completed) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Works Related To The Maintenance Of Natural Watercourses And Flood Embankments In The Area Of ​​Operation Of The Catchment Management Board In Lwówek Śląski. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Area Of ​​7 Water Supervisions (Water Supervision In Kamienna Góra, Water Supervision In Polkowice, Water Supervision In Lubań, Water Supervision In Jelenia Góra, Water Supervision In Bolesławiec, Water Supervision In Żagań, Water Supervision In Szprotawa). The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Ordering Party And A Maximum Of Ten (10) Contractors In Order To Establish The Terms Of Orders That May Be Awarded Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Partial Orders. Individual Partial Orders Will Involve Performing Works On Natural Watercourses And Flood Embankments Located In The Area Administered By Individual Water Supervision Authorities. The Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Under This Order Includes Maintenance Works In Accordance With The Current Needs Indicated By The Water Supervision Authority In Accordance With The Attached Framework Bid Cost Estimate. The Indicated Quantities (Bill Of Quantity) In The Framework Budget Estimate Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Are Indicative Quantities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantitative Scope Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. Not To Award Partial Orders In These Sizes Or To Exceed These Quantities In The Event Of Failure To Use The Amount Allocated For The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, And The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Quantities Indicated In The Framework Bid Estimate Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Are Indicative And Are Used To Compare Offers. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Catalogue Of Good Practices In The Field Of Hydrotechnical Works And Maintenance Works.
