Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Technical Advice In Connection With Separate Sewerage In Vissenbjerg, Bred And Skalbjerg. Assens Wastewater A/S (Hereafter Builder) Has, Cf. Assens Municipalitys Wastewater Plan 2018-2027, A Strategy To Centralize Waste Water Treatment In One Large Treatment Plant In Assens. In This Connection, There Must, Among Other Things, Separate Sewerage Of Approx. 750 Properties In The Towns Of Vissenbjerg, Bred And Skalbjerg (The Project). The Cities Today Have Challenges With Flooding From Both Heavy Rain And, In Some Areas, High Levels Of Groundwater, And The Service Level For Rainwater On The Ground Generally Cannot Be Met. In The Parts Of The Cities That Currently Have Shared Sewerage, A Robust Separate Sewerage System Must Be Established That Can Handle Both Rainwater And Waste Water. In Addition, It Is Expected That Ground Water Close To The Ground Must Be Handled In Several Areas. A Solution For Handling Groundwater Close To The Ground Must Be Established At The Same Time As The Establishment Of The Sewage System. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Establish A Robust And Future-Proof Drainage System In Vissenbjerg, Bred And Skalbjerg Through: Separation Of The Common Systems. Improved Stormwater Management In Accordance With The Service Level, Including Expansion Of 2 Existing Stormwater Basins And Establishment Of 21 New Basins (10 Wet, 8 Dry And 3 Pipe Basins/Underground Reservoirs). Management Of Ground Water Close To The Ground, Where In Designated Areas It Can Be Found To Be Economically Appropriate. Preparation Of The Waste Water System So That It Can Later Be Pumped On To The Assens Central Treatment Plant. The Tendered Contract Includes Technical Consultancy Assistance In Connection With The Realization Of The Project. The Advisers Assistance Is Primarily Expected To Include The Following: Drafting Draft Proposals. Preparation Of Main Project And Contract Tender Construction Management, Safety Coordination, Supervision And Completion. The Client Has Not Divided The Tendered Contract Into Sub-Contracts, As The Client Considers That Such A Division Will Lead To A Number Of Inappropriate Technical, Legal And Practical Interfaces With The Resulting Risk Of Increased Transaction Costs And Risk Exposure For The Client.
