The Order Was Implemented As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Preventing, Counteracting And Limiting The Effects Of Threats Related To Forest Fires (Ppoż2) Co-Financed By European Funds Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate And Environment Program (Feniks 2021-2027). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation) Together With Obtaining The Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Required By Construction Law, And The Performance Of Works Based On It, Consisting In The Construction Of A Water Intake Point, An Underground Reservoir With A Hardened Maneuvering Area In The Krasiejów Forest Division, Section 263 G - In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 13). The Purpose Of Building The Facility Is To Improve Forest Fire Safety. Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Pzp And Recital 78 Of Directive 2014/24/Eu Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 26 February 2014 On Public Procurement, Repealing Directive 2004/18/Ec, The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Divide This Contract Into Lots. This Decision Results From The Nature And Subject Of The Contract, Which Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula. Location Of The Water Intake Point Under Construction: Krasiejów Forestry, Registration Plot No. 260/1, Opole Voivodeship, Opole Poviat, Ozimek Commune Ob. Rural, Grodziec District. 2. Requirements For The Design And Construction Of A Water Intake Point: Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Delivery And Installation Of An Underground Tank With A Minimum Water Supply Of 50 M3. This Tank Must Be Tight And Made Of Metal Protected Against Corrosion Inside And Outside And Protected Against Freezing. In Order To Protect Against Possible Destruction Of The Tank And Other Elements Of The Designed Water Intake Point, It Is Necessary To Secure This Area In The Form Of An Embankment. The Project Must Include Hardening Of The Surface At Water Intake Points And The Planning And Construction Of A Maneuvering Area With Dimensions Of At Least 20 X 20 M Or A Loop Detour To The Existing Fire Protection Access Road. Proper Names Of Materials And Devices Should Not Be Used In The Design Documentation In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 4 Pzp, Only The Expected Minimum Quality Parameters Should Be Specified
