The Bidders Offer Must Meet The Complete Assortment And Must Meet All The Requirements Defined Below For The Technical And Medical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract. If The Offer Does Not Meet Any Of The Requirements Stated In This Description Or Does Not Contain Any Of The Required Items, It Will Not Be Included In The Evaluation And The Applicant Will Be Excluded From The Evaluation Of The Offers Of This Competition. From The Completed Annex No. 10 Must Clearly Show That All Products Offered For The Relevant Item Of The Subject Of The Contract Meet The Minimum Technical Characteristics And Values ​​Of The Relevant Item Of The Subject Of The Contract Required By The Public Contracting Authority.
