Fixed-Wing Aircrafts – Zd337/2026-Ha, Purchase Of Aircraft With Mtow Above 650 Kg. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Delivery Of An Aircraft With A Mtow (Maximum Take-Off Weight, Czech Maximum Take-Off Weight) Of Over 650 Kg For Use By The University Of Defense, As An Organizational Component Of The Ministry Of Defense And At The Same Time A Unit With Functional Independence In The Sense Of § 17 Paragraph 1 Zzvz. The Contracting Authority Stipulates That It Anticipates That The Required Specification Of The Aircraft Will Require Supplementary Type Certificates (So-Called Supplemental Type Certificates) In The Sense Of Annex I, Part 21, Section A, Title E Of Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 748/2012 Of 3 August 2012, Which Lays Down Implementing Rules For The Airworthiness Certification Of Aircraft And Related Products, Aircraft Parts And Equipment And Environmental Protection Certification, As Well As For The Certification Of Design And Production Organizations (Revised Version). The Contracting Authority Assumes That Part Of The Negotiations On Preliminary Offers Will Also Include Negotiations On The Draft Service Contract For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Aircraft (Including Hangar Maintenance). B) Performance Specifications, Which Will Be Supplemented By The Contracting Authority In The 2Nd Phase Of The Procurement Procedure And Which Will Be Negotiated With The Participants As Part Of The Procedure; C) The Public Procurement Contract (The Public Procurement Contract Will Be Negotiated And Drawn Up As Part Of Negotiations On Preliminary Tenders And Will Be Part Of The Submission Of Final Tenders); D) All Relevant Legal Regulations, The Scope Of Which Affects The Performance Of The Public Contract; E) The Offer Of The Selected Supplier And Other Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Arising From Negotiations On Preliminary Offers Of Suppliers; F) Other Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Tender Documentation.
