Security Cameras – Smart Devices At Kvp. The Public Contracting Authority, Mestská Často Košice-Sídlisko Kvp, Implements The Project Smart Devices At Kvp, Which Represents A Key Initiative To Support The Development Of Smart Cities And Modern Management Of Public Services. The Project Responds To The Growing Need For Effective Collection, Processing, Collection And Use Of Data In Public Administration, With The Aim Of Improving The Quality Of Decision-Making, Increasing Safety In Public Spaces And Strengthening Transparency And Citizen Involvement In Communication With Local Government. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery And Implementation Of A Complex Set Of Technological And Software Solutions That Will Enable The City District To Build An Integrated And Data-Driven System For The Digital Management Of The Urban Environment. The Technological Infrastructure Includes 19 Smart Rotating Cameras That Will Be Placed In Strategically Selected Locations Within The City District. Each Location Will Be Connected To The Central Dispatch System And Will Be Equipped With The Necessary Power And Data Infrastructure. The Project Will Also Include Three Meteorological And Environmental Monitoring Stations That Will Be Installed On The Buildings In Public Ownership And Will Continuously Collect Key Environmental Data, Especially Wind Speed And Air Quality. These Data Will Not Only Serve As A Basis For Faster And Better Decision-Making By The Municipality, But Will Also Be Made Available To The Public Through Digital Information Channels, Which Will Contribute To Increasing Environmental Awareness And Citizen Engagement. An Important Part Of The System Will Be A Network Of Digital Information Panels, Which Will Be Installed In Frequented Places Such As In Front Of The Local Authority Building. A Community Cafe, A Skatepark, Or Next To The Starozagorská Interchange. The Panels Will Serve As Dynamic Information Tools That Will Display Current Weather, Public Calls, And Data From Sensory Systems, Thus Ensuring Timely And Relevant Communication With Residents. All System Components Will Be Centrally Controlled From The Newly Built Dispatch Center, Which Will Be Equipped With Modern Technologies For Visualization, Storage, And Data Analysis, Including Powerful Monitors, Storage, Control Elements And Air Conditioning To Ensure Reliable Operation. Data From Cameras, Weather Stations And Information Boards Will Be Processed Through A Secure Cloud Platform, Which Will Be Integrated With The Citys Website And Open Data Portals. The Platform Will Provide Standardized Outputs And Interfaces (Apis) For Real-Time Access, Ensuring Interoperability And Publishing Data According To The Principles Of Open Governance Will Enable The City District To Visualize Trends, Monitor The State Of The Infrastructure And Effectively Plan Other Activities
